These terms provide a practical framework for content, advertising, affiliate, sourcing, and commerce collaborations with ASPLNT Co. Individual written agreements take priority where they differ.
Partnership proposals
Please include your company, contact person, objective, scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, usage period, and required disclosure. We may decline proposals that do not fit our audience, standards, or applicable platform policies.
Editorial independence
Sponsored status does not guarantee publication or a favorable opinion. Material claims should be supported by verifiable information. We may request revisions or refuse publication where claims are misleading, unlawful, or unsupported.
Intellectual property and usage
Each party retains its pre-existing rights. The permitted channels, territory, duration, editing rights, and paid-media use of deliverables must be agreed in writing. No rights are transferred beyond that agreed scope.
Fees, cancellation, and liability
Fees, taxes, payment dates, cancellation charges, product return arrangements, and responsibility for supplied materials are confirmed per project. A party providing materials warrants that it has the rights needed for their agreed use.
